Down about 30!

27 pounds lost, 23 to go!

I started May 30th at 204 pounds...

17 lbs down!

Since October I have lost about 10 pounds. I really need to work on my self-esteem though because I have such negative thoughts about my appearance. I have to remember that there are much heavier people than me who would love and be so happy and grateful to look like me. I just have to stop thinking negative thoughts about me and praise any step in the right direction.

10 pounds down, 40 to go! (6.18.12)

6th Apr '12 - I've started keeping track of my calories and restricting myself to 1200 per day. I've also started doing at least one hour of exercise per day (yay for the kinect and the wii!!)

This will be very hard and will necessarily have to come before the 5k plan.

I started somewhere around 223#. Been up and down over the last 9 months, but been on a progressive plan and lost 16 pounds since the first of the year. I think it will be around June or August before I hit the 173# mark, if I actually decide to go that far. Personally I will be happy with a fit and healthy 184.
