22/02/2012 - Full body massage

By this I meant a professional or really good one.....I think I can say the one I had from Phil this weekend counts, with smelly, stimulating body oil, mmm :)

This one is a funny one for me. I am trained in lymphatic drainage massage and swedish massage. I also offer this as a service I provide - but I have never gotten a massage outside of the classroom.

2/11/2011 - Closed on our house in San Antonio yesterday. All of the stress of selling the house and moving justified a massage for Emily and me. We went and got a couples massage at Rejuvenation Ranch in Crowley, TX. We both enjoyed the massage and I feel a lot better.

1/2/12 at Shanti. She said that overall, I feel better/less tight than last time (summer). Over the summer, she worked through a huge knot in my right-side upper calf muscle, and it was so big that some of it was still there today. That was the tightest spot, but my left psoas was a close second. Hip flexors on both sides are tight, as well. My achilles felt pretty good, although the right one was "sticking" a little bit--Wendy said that that sometimes happens when the weather turns colder. She gave me the okay on training [for my Half], but suggested going slowly.
