I did it! 200 situps (crunches) without stopping. Felt the burn!!! Now if I can keep up with a program.....
Started week 1 today, 7/9/12. Need to take a "before" picture!
Started. Not as bad as I thought it would be-Pilates has paid off! 4/2/12
Bah. Gonna postpone this some more, since I'm not allowed to heavily stress my abdominals at the moment.
Started today (December 4, 2011). Did 42 sit ups in the initial test. Ouch!
did the initial test and made 60 sit-ups
On 30 so far
Wasn't happy with my first attempt as I started getting ill towards the end and didn't complete the final test. I'll redo the whole six weeks when I'm feeling completely better - 06/03/11
