A goal of Aurora Kohler on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.

I put an offer and a counter offer in. They want to close on May 11th. Yikes!

offer was accepted. Am holding off because banker misled me and I can't accept the terms he set due to the amount of time before closing.

Talked to bank last week and they said I am ready to put offers in was ready to re-view a house and then make an offer, learned yesterday that the house was sold.

Am looking at homes this upcoming weekend

Heard from my bank today asking me what step I want to take next
