Day one of week two done. Managed 22 in the max session but then my back hurt!

Other notes for this Goal:
Third training session for week one yesterday went ok.
Did second lot of training for week one. My abs ache.
Did the first day of training today. Should have started this last week but was ill (boo hoo) so couldn't.
Did the initial test. I managed 14. Have printed out the training programme. Looking forward to starting and this shouldn't interfere too much with my weight gain goal.
