Other notes for this Goal:
Finished 7/15/12. Finished a day late, but got it done in my opinion. I intend to continue exercising every other day and feel like this goal helped create a habit/routine for me. Now I just want to intensify it.
07/10/12... Still exercising every other day. So far had to switch two of my days due to traveling, but everything is fine
6/30/12... I still have to exercise today, but as long as I do I have still been doing my exercising. I feel kind of weak right now because I'm not doing much, but my main goal is to create a habit. It would be more beneficial in the end.
6/24/12.... Actually still doing it! It's almost been a week. I added in a 10 minute core work out to walking Tucker for a half hour. She just isn't ready for a longer walk and I can only push myself so much when I walk with her.
Started 6/20... walked Tucker for a half hour
I am restarting this goal as of 6/14/12. I need some extreme motivation and help. I think me and tucker are going to be walking buddies.
Started August 1st.
