Started on March 5, 2017 -- did 50 squats consecutively, will start on week 3.
3/14/2017 -- Week 3, Day one complete
3/16/2017 -- Week 3, Day two complete
3/19/2017 -- Week 3, Day three complete. Will start on Week four.

Took the squat fitness test 1/10/16. 36 squats and my legs were burning! According to the text, I ranked "very good" and will begin on week 3, day 1 tomorrow.
