Going to try the Scooby method
August 27th: Phase 3: 20/20/17?/12/9 standard pushups. The rest from knees. 2 minute rests.
I think this challenge will take me closer to two months- I'm still going to try to get it done by my birthday though. Maybe I should have looked harder for a better plan- it's a major strugglefest to do 20 push-ups in a row right now, so I don't see myself being able to do 100 in a row in the next month.
Initial test - 12/13/2015
W1D1 - 12/14/2015
Pre Test: 29 in a row
79 pushups total
Finished week 1 on 1/10/15
august 21st week 1 day 1 completed
august 19th initial test rank 2.5
Completed initial test (14) and day one of the 100 push ups challenge.
12/20/13 Initial test - 8 pushups
200 push-ups on 12/18 @ Mountainside Crossfit. (5 rounds of 40, with many breaks)
9/17/13 - Week 2, Day 2 DONE
9/4/13: Week 2, Day 1 - DONE. Shaking, it was very tough, but I did it.
Purchased the Just 6 Weeks app that also has the situps, pullups, squats and dips challenges. Started day 1 of the pushups challenge and hit 30 pushups. I did my initial dips test and made it to 10 dips. (I fared much better with lower body and core work.)
Hurt my shoulder. Will have to put this on hold for awhile...
The goal seems so far away, but, I'm still moving forward.
Almost forgot. Got today's done.
Another day's done. Still tough to get through but can feel my form has improved.
I so did not want to do these today, but, I did them. Week 1 day 3 Done!
1/14/13: Initial Test - 6 push ups performed. This means I begin on week 2.
I found an app on my iphone that walks me through a 100 Push Up challenge. Started 12/24/12.
