Quite a challenge. During my year in Canada I truly became a coffee addict. Untill I read a book about detoxing through healthy food. In this book they explained how bad caffeine is for your stomach, because of caffeine your stomach can not extract all the vitamins out of the food you eat. So I gave up coffee. Once in a while, after a nice meal for instance, I do drink a cup of coffee but its not a habbit anymore.
