I have been trying to cut fast food for 3 years. I love the taste of pizza or hamburger less and less. I refrain from consuming sugar and alcohol. I believe it is important to understand the goal of these changes.
Confession: I did have a Subway salad in this 31 day period. But it was a safe alternative to an actual sub and I think it's all right because salad. As much as I love getting a takeaway, I felt really good during the challenge. I lost weight, my skin was clear, and even my sleep was better. I also really enjoyed spending more time cooking from scratch. I don't see anything wrong with the occasional bit of fast food, because everything in moderation makes sense to me and is something that I can follow, but I definitely won't fall back into my old habits.
