Confession: I did have a Subway salad in this 31 day period. But it was a safe alternative to an actual sub and I think it's all right because salad. As much as I love getting a takeaway, I felt really good during the challenge. I lost weight, my skin was clear, and even my sleep was better. I also really enjoyed spending more time cooking from scratch. I don't see anything wrong with the occasional bit of fast food, because everything in moderation makes sense to me and is something that I can follow, but I definitely won't fall back into my old habits.

Bundan yaklaşık bir ay önce "daha sağlıklı ve düşünceli beslenicem ben artık ya!" diyerek zaten yürürlüğe koyduğum bir uygulama ama burada da tarih atıp devam edelim. 30 Eylül'e kadar şeker, gofret, çikolata gibi abur cubur ve kola hamburger pizza ve türevi gıdalar ile zaten olmayan ilişkimizi iyice kesiyoruz, 30 Eylül'de tekrar bir durum değerlendirmesi yapıyoruz. I managed to stay away from all fast food for a month! During that month, I also avoided caffein, sugar, and simple carbs.

I have been abstaining from fast food for quite some time. Longer than a month and I have never felt better. I am now on to abstaining from consuming refined sugar and meat.
