I managed to stay away from all fast food for a month! During that month, I also avoided caffein, sugar, and simple carbs.

I have been abstaining from fast food for quite some time. Longer than a month and I have never felt better. I am now on to abstaining from consuming refined sugar and meat.

I've been in Portland a month and haven't eaten at a McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell, or Jack in the Box the whole time I've been here. It's been great and I feel a lot better too.
