I decided I would make the effort to meditate every day once the new year began. So far, so good. But it's been fairly easy, as I've only been doing short guided medtations, maximum 10 minutes. Gotta start somewhere. I'm aiming to do multiple short meditations daily (if I can) and also work on longer meditations, with and without guidance.

Its not that hard as it sounds, just a lil time with yourself is always good
