8 days in and Im doing ok. Avoided chocolate and sweets, replaced them with vegan berry muffins (which are ok) and veggie percy pigs!
Replaced milk with alpro soya milk (which I already know I like quite a lot) and rice milk (which is surprisingly alright, especially with cereal). Replaced margarine with Pure.
Dinners have been good so far - made a avocado and wild rice recipe that Ive made before (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/wild_rice_salad_89972). Also made a courgette dahl for the first time which was pretty yummy and lasted a couple of days.
