Goal: Become aware of all my bad habits, and go back to eating 3 times a day. Preferably healthy meals while we're at it as well.

I finished this goal 8/16/12! I used a written journal and MyPlate at livestrong.com interchangeably. My username is cmitch24 and my password is the same as the one for my Yahoo email address.

One Friday at work it just hit me that I had been eating like crap, felt like crap and had gained weight! I then commited to eating healthier and making better choices! I kept a diary for the first month of my dieting and I think it really helped get me going!!
