Otherwise it will continue to escalate. I do not want to be phobic all my life, as it has already had an impact on some general everyday things.

I keep meaning to do this, but forget I have shoved the damn piece of paper in a drawer somewhere.

Picnicking is as fun as it gets. Food in the outdoors, with your friends. Fantastic.
