My goal is 140. It's so hard and I've been wanting to do this for so long. I hit 142 last year but gained the 10 lbs I lost back. Trying again.

So, I managed to lose like 1-2 kilos but it's back again.
Apparently, there is no point for me to lose weight since this is my optimal weight, and I think that I will gain even more because I workout 5 times a week, I am quite muscular and am planning to gain even more. Since muscles weights more than fat, I think I have to actually keep in mind that I will probably gain more weight.
I don't necessarily need to lose that much but I have gained like 3 kilos so I would like to try to get rid of them.

Although I don't necessarily want to lose weight, it is smart to track ones weight year-over-year to ensure I don't accidentally start creeping upwards. I can gladly report that I did not trend in a negative direction in 2019 as I'm down 3.3 pounds for the year.

Started the first part of the year. As of this morning, I'm 22 pounds down from my Jan 1 weight, and 30 down from my highest ever weight. I have a long way to go though.

It's a complex resolutions that ecompasses fitness, active lifestyle, food intake and positivity. Strating today, this year is the year by the end of which I will be the best version of myself. I need to get serious about this one. I don't want it to be the last thing I complete in 1001 Days, but nor do I expect quick and easy results. It might still take three years even if I start today - so I better get started.
Well, along my almost one-year long journey I went through forced diets and study diets and what-nots and then I just decided that I don't need this. My body's beautiful whatever way it is and losing weight as well as gaining it is a response to my daily habits and hormonal changes. I don't need to force myself into losing something that's been created by me - whatever needs to stay, will stay, whatever will have to go - it will go away.
57 to 54 back to 57 and then to 55 and then to 58 and then back to 57. Pretty constant!
Ik wil terug naar het gewicht dat ik had voor mijn jongste werd geboren, nu bijna 15 jaar geleden.
Dat wil zeggen, terug naar 75 kg, en dat betekent -30 kg!!
Ik ben sinds augustus 2014 bij weightwatchers en al 17 kg onderweg!
I want to go back to the weight I had before my youngest was born (nearly 15 years ago). That means back to 75 kgs, and that means -30 kgs. I joined weighwatchers August 2014 and traveled 17 kgs in the right direction.
