With help from Slimming World and DDP Yoga, a fair amount of hard work and willpower and the right mindset, I finally reached my goal of 10st 6lbs (moved down from an original target of 12 stone) and have stayed within my target bubble (3lbs either side).
So... I gained 10/11kgs. Now because of my health problems I'm stuck and I can't even train. My goal for 2018 is to weight about 74/75kgs (at the same time I don't want to gain too much fat in the process.)
December 05, 2017 -> Lost 5/6kgs = lost muscle mass. In 2017 I was really struggling with my workouts and I'm still not able to go back to the gym. The last time I was able to lift was in July/August (for two weeks). Polish NFZ doctors are useless. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll FINALLY find out what causes my problems.
I'm hoping to gain 1 stone...up to 11 st

Soo far I've gained just under half a stone since mid January!
up to 4000 calories a day required!
Mixing this with brutal gym work its going well soo far!
