1. 10/21/2011: Tangy BBQ Chicken (Good Housekeeping Oct 2011)...Good, would make again
2. 11/13/2011: Beef and Broccoli Noodle Bowl (Better Homes and Gardens cookbook)...not bad, but NOT Chinese-food like
3. Spinach and Ricotta stuffed shells (BHAG cookbook)...yum!
4. Honey Sesame Chicken (pinterest) Yum!
5. Cheddar Bacon Ranch potatoes (pinterest)...too ranchy, but could be good. We'll tweak it.
6. 3 Packet Roast (pinterest)...Delicious!
7. Good Housekeeping spaghetti and meatballs...meatballs were good, but sauce was boring and flavorless.
8. Chicken Parmesan Bake (pinterest)...this was good, but I need to try it with different croutons.
9. Baked Cream cheese spaghetti (pinterest)...good, but needs more creamy.
10. Glazed Doughnut Muffins...
11. Cake pops...SO not worth the effort!
