I don't feel that I am doing very well in this respect. I take on too many things and end up doing none of them effectively. Perhaps at some point this weekend I will come up with a master plan as my colleague is really shining and he is only doing so because he has less on his plate and does a lot of politicking. (less)

not an official promotion but a change of taskset, feels like a promotion!

I achieved it after a year of working in my present company. I am close to making it two years. Let's see how things will go.
