Eat more fruits and vegetables

I'm marking this one done! A big help was finding smoothies and juice in huge bottles, which lets me quickly drink a serving when I'm on a work lunch or super tired. I'm also rediscovering a lot of foods I used to eat more of, like green salads and apples and bananas. Adding this to my Hab (...more)

I'd say I'm halfway there in this goal. Adding fruits and veggies at home was a lot easier than I thought; apples or celery and peanut butter as snacks, adding side salads to lunch and dinner, etc.
