I got it a month before I was actually allowed to donate.

The paperwork arrived 2 days ago, all I have to do is fill it out and send it back.
Renewed my license a few weeks ago and checked off the organ donor box!
by default when i turn 21. hahaha

10/21/2011 - Got confirmation letter in the mail.
they can have everything except my eyes
9/8/10 - registered on donatelifenewengland.org and will also check the box the next time I renew my drivers license (2/2012)
Official organ donor as of 26/4/10...easiest but possibly most important thing on the list. (Ahh good ol' NHS!)
I have my donor sheet filled out and signed, i just cant find the guts to send it...
22.12.2011: received organ donor card
