Continuing to add notes. It keeps me motivated to eat healthier by looking for healthier simple recipes etc.

I got a notebook out that I had started earlier and I've been making more updates since the beginning of the year. Just a couple of healthy foods like avocado and tumeric. And a 21 day devotional that I'm in the middle of right now.
