Visit Pike's Peak
It was right around 40 degrees F on 8/24/15 at the summit. Near 75 degrees at the bottom. The air is a bit thin up there but I chose not to buy the portable oxygen that they sell at the gift shop.
The view from the summit of Pike's Peak is truly breathtaking. I rode the Cog Railway to get here and would recommend the trip to all. Very nicely done.
