I finally started on this. I upgraded to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 when it came out, but after importing my old photo library it just kept crashing and I could never get it to work. Finally figured out today that even though it says that it works with .heic files, they cause the program to crash. So I removed all the .heics, converted them to jpg, and it's working fine now.

So I can start organizing!
