It took me a long time to decide to mark this as done, and I'm still not entirely sure, because there are always things to fix in work, as in life. But the important thing is that I was in a particular situation I didn't like that wasn't great for my career or happiness - and I got out of that situation, and eventually found myself a different one. It's early days in what I'm doing now but I'm learning useful things and developing new skills and experience. (less)
