Yep, I finally feel like this happened. Voice off while I chatted with a nice older deaf man. I understood and was understood. I even got the excited thrill of adrenaline and accomplishment. Yay!

See, I do this. A lot actually. But I haven't actually felt like I was fully expressing my thoughts in ASL. More like they do all the talking (which I don't mind, I just need my skills upped by like, a lot). I just know I have a long ways to go.
