Meditate regularly

Incorporated this into my morning routine, to clear out my mind and set myself off on the right track mentally before my day starts. It's a real struggle still some days, but I think I'm getting better at it.

May (so far 29):
I'm doing well for Mindfulness in May, having definitely meditated for 28 of the month's days so far, there's one I'm not completely sure whether I did or not but I'll give myself the benefit of the doubt. This year I've finally started to get some regularity and that is particularly true this month.
-11 Mr. Meditate meditation classes
- 10 Mindful in May guided audio meditations
- 5 meditations of my own, silently, of varying length
-1 Kadampa meditation class
-1 Simply Silence meditation class
-1 Art of Living long kriya

So the retreat was amazing, as mentioned in its entry. Yesterday I started the year with a follow-up session. I’m going to try to do this more. My goal is some form of meditation at least every two weeks

Finally going again semi-regularly to prepare for the upcoming retreat.

The class wasn't that good, but better than nothing. The exercise to relax my body made me feel more tense! I guess I need to get back into practising.

I've booked a class to get me back into it.
