4/18 This might happen sooner rather than later. I went on the Community Unity Zoom meeting and someone was talking about an existing book club with racism as a theme. It's in hiatus because of the pandemic, but I'm in when it's on.

8/15 I am in the process of joining the AFT Retiree book club. I bought their next book, People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry. The meeting is 9/9 at 1:00 in Dolce's on New Brunswick Ave in Fords. I'm looking forward to seeing Donna and Lucille there. This will stay on my list until the end. It will be a great place to write my book notes.

9/5 Reading my book and looking forward to going on Thursday. Once I go I will be marking this as done.

They want to read Schoolhouse!
2/9/21 - Joined a Meet Up group called Overbooked Literary Ladies and I went to my first virtual meeting tonight!
I was unsure how long this goal might sit around; even with virtual meetings available, joining groups has never been easy or gone great for me. But a good friend of mine at work who's had the same experiences and is also an introvert suggested just three of us form a book club for people who hate clubs and people, and it's going amazing! Having it just be us is great. We just finished up some Dickens Christmas stories and are moving on to a queer western next. I'm super excited to finally be part of something like this and have it work out.
I have attended the January meeting for my local npr station's book club, we have nominated and are voting one boiks to read for the year. I will consider myswlf as a club member when I have attended and contributed to 3 meetings of more
Guess, I'm gonna have to start one of my own...
