4/11 I actually have been doing this! For the past few nights I've been doing stretches and will wonders never cease - I've also been running again! Bring it on health and exercise, bring it on!
I am making progress here. I have been consistently doing ab/arm/leg exercises now that I have a Planet Fitness membership!
