America's Test Kitchen Ultimate Vegetarian Cookbook - pumpkin soup
Added some vanilla sugar, otherwise stuck to the recipe. But they didn’t “melt” like in the picture. Very basic, quite underwhelming cookie.
Added carrots and some oregano to the base recipe. And just used normal spaghetti cause I couldn’t find vermicelli.
