Lose 5 pounds

Today was the first workout since my hyperthyroidism took over that I didn't have a weird chest pain/pressure. I swam a tiny 1K and then did water jogging for 20 more min. I lost 5 pounds! All of it was weight I had gained over the holidays, so it was pretty easy to lose.

Weighed myself to get my starting weight but didn't restrict calories today. Trying to plan a healthy menu for this week before my weekly grocery shopping trip on Tuesday.
