Complete Whole30 (for the second time)

Jan. 5 - Feb. 3, 2015. Did it in conjunction with my no alcohol for 30 days goal.
Feel so much better, more energy, more positive, having better sleeps, lost some weight. Hopefully I can keep going with it all the way through 2015!
