3/20/13-Listed, offer put in, countered and accepted, appraisal done.... waiting on inspection next Monday and the appraisal to come back!!

5/29/13-closed!!

4/5/13-Offer was accepted, home appraised for the full price, home passed inspection, and insect inspection. Now just waiting to close!

10/14/12-Worked this weekend on fixing things that are going to have to be fixed before we move. Talked about listing our house at the beginning of the year.
