PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Amma on their 16 Week Habit Reset list with a status of Not Started.
 
I will stop mindlessly eating. I will stop eating in the car and in front of the computer. I will stop going to Taco Bell. I will buy far fewer processed foods. I will pay stricter attention to the processed foods I do purchase to ensure they do not contain eggs, egg whites, dairy, casein, lactose, palm oil, or (high fructose) corn syrup. I will have something for breakfast after I exercise. I will pack my lunch for work. I will take healthy snacks and avoid purchases from the vending machines. I will eat dinner at a certain time. I will not come home and stuff my face. I will make a list of recipes and sort them into categories. I have bowls with lids for larger and smaller portions. I will plan out meals for the week, do the shopping, and make the meals. I will not impulsively buy things simply because they are marked down. I will not go to Kroger several times per week. I will not go to multiple Krogers to compare marked-down items. If I need something I can't get at Kroger, I will go to the store that sells it and get it. I will refrain from impulsive, frivolous purchases. Grocery shopping is not a hobby I need to indulge. I will not count calories but I will be more conscious of what and how I am eating.
