1. Red Velvet cake - oven was too high temp, outside of cake slightly overdone but otherwise success!
2. Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce - Great success, sauce a tad too watery, suggested to use apple juice instead?
3. Carrot Cake / Cupcakes - Very nice, better as a loaf than cakes (personal opinion), can't think of any improvement on the recipe I found, lovely
4. Blueberry and Apple Cobbler - Had to change recipe from only blueberry to blueberry and apple, filling became too moist from apples and middle became soggy, but very tasty and enjoyable
5. Lemon Drizzle Muffins - Lovely and moist, only problem was getting the juice out of the lemon, need to buy something to help1.
