PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Kay on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.
We were coming out of Target in New York and there was a woman at the top of the escalator carrying a microwave oven and several bags. She was trying to figure out how to carry it all down to her cab. I went over and took her bags and went down with her to the cab...she seemed very surprised that a complete stranger would help her out.
