10/20: roasted veggies bowls with tahini dressing: nice vegetarian meal, and surprisingly filling. Tahini isn't my favorite so jazzed up the sauce with chili oil
9/20: White chicken chili - good base recipe but needs bulked up some more.
8/20: Tomato and White Bean Soup
7/20: Shrimp squash parmesan skillet - yummy! Next time I would add in some green veggies such as broccoli or spinach.
6/20: Chicken orzo skillet - very yummy
5/20: White bean gnocchi skillet. Very good, although I would swap out parmesan cheese for the mozzarella next time.
4/20: Salmon with broccoli cheddar orzo - yummy!!
