PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Em on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.
Had a catch up couple of hours with Helen in Cheltenham on Saturday, it's wonderful seeing her as she's such a joy to have in my life. I love seeing that she's finally managing her bi-polar disorder, that she has a great support in Jamie and in her close friends. Plus she's hilarious.
I also had lunch with Sarah and Sibel from the Tri Club on Sunday which was good. Sarah makes me giggle and we are very similar, Sibel however I am never sure of entirely although she is a very lovely girl. I found out on Sunday she's muslim which is something I never knew before, it's always interesting learning new things about people. I thought about her today as she is from Germany and I wondered how life would be with her back in Germany now in the times of the riots and protests against Muslims in a lot of towns in Germany.
