This goal used to be to write a letter a week for a year, but I changed it to make it more manageable (I kept forgetting, and then having to start over on the goal, and some weeks I would send two letters/cards). The new goal will actually result in more letter writing for a longer span of time. I am allowing myself to count each letter/card sent in a mass mailings (like Christmas cards) as its own letter/card, as long as these mailings are sent to friends and family. I adjusted for this by making the total goal amount higher.
I just changed this goal. Originally the goal was to write a letter a week for a year, but as I worked on it I found that some weeks I would forget and other weeks I would write more than one letter. I think what i have now is a more reasonable goal, and actually now includes more total letters spanning the next three years (including Christmas cards and any other mass mailings to friends and family). So, new goal = more letters.

I also ate a Mango Ice Cream bar while I was there, which i quite liked. I ate some figs in a form that I had not tried before, too. They were very good. I could probably say I have now eaten a homegrown fig (which is another one of my goals), but when I wrote that goal I intended for the homeg (...more)

The finished product, which unfortunately tasted disgusting. I blame the recipe. I still think a cauliflower crust could be good.
