PROGRESS UPDATE

The other night I made kale - boiled, then thrown in the frying pan with olive oil and salt - with brown rice and parmesan potatoes. The parmesan potatoes were from a recipe I got off Pinterest. It was fairly easy, and could have been more healthy, but OMG were they delicious. I overcooked the brown rice a bit, need to work on that.

But I have been cooking more, rather than reaching for a bag of chips to snack on. So I'm happy
