I don't know if this counts, and it seems weird to evaluate this kind of thing, but today a squeegee guy cleaned my windshield (which was REALLY dirty) and I didn't have any change to give him. I then bought some groceries at the store across the street from his corner, received cash back and ran over to give him a few bucks. He seemed happy. I guess it counts.
