08/01/2015 - 3 x 8 girl push-ups. (sore chest muscles next morning, auch).
18/01/2015 - 3 x 8 girl push-ups. (idem).

took this up again mid september/2015. I can now do 10-11 modified push-ups (aka girl push-ups, but I hate calling them that). working on improving!
