PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Deborah on their Done list with a status of Done.

Finished! It is not for the faint of heart or the easily offended. It was very explicit, but no profanity was used. Fanny Hill was handed the short end of the stick in life and was able to turn it around. It does have a satisfying ending for Fanny Hill. I'm not sure that it was a realistic ending though. I have no regrets in reading it, and I still can not get over when it was written!

"Fanny Hill" was taboo for over 200 years, making it one of the most famous banned books in history.

Memoirs of Fanny Hill was one of the first English written erotic novels written resulting in scandal for over 250 years. Also known as "Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure" should be better than 50 Shades of Grey, and will be delivered on my doorstep on Saturday.
