I signed up for a First Aid/CPR Class through work. I am officially certified for two years. I didn't get much sleep the night before, so class was a bit rough at first. Things have changed since I last was certified over 30 years ago when I was a Girl Scout. Years later I saved my daughter's life using the Heimlich maneuver when she was an infant. I would have not known what to do had I not taken the course. My daughter is now 22 years old, a coffee barista, and an amazing artist. Everyone should take the course.
