PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of mcort on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.

Decided to do a mix of 30 day shred and ripped in 30. Intention is to do 3 or 4 workouts a week.
WEEK 1:
11-03-14: Level 1, day 1, ripped
13-03-14: Level 1, day 1, shred
16-03-14: Level 1, day 2, ripped
WEEK 2:
18-03-14: Level 1, day 2, shred
22-03-14: Level 1, day 3, ripped
23-03-14: Level 1, day 3, shred
WEEK 3:
25-03-14: Level 1, day 4, ripped
became ill, so didn't do any the rest of the week
April: did about 2 a week until I became ill again.
START OVER:
Week 1:
06/05/14: level 2 ripped, day 1
07/05/14: level 2 ripped, day 2
13/05/14: random 20min. workout
Stopped again. started running with evy (30 runs, goal is 5k).
17/08/14: 7th run finished
16/01/15: finished programme but not at 5k yet
08/04/15: got to 5k!
