A goal of Max on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.

finally finished this one! I had a lot of non starters where I did 2 days and then forgot or I got to the weekend and forgot or after 6 days straight I got sick.
I figured out how to be successful in all that trial & error: start on Saturday and do 30 mins straight on weekend days, then on weekdays do 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins after work.
it is too much to do every day on the treadmill, but I think I'll keep on 20/20 before/after work. since this goal was specifically treadmill coded I didn't count any other move minutes.
