I got asked to participate in a project. I had exactly the right qualifications for this role and contributed immensely. I got recognition for my contribution which helped to make a very significant impact finacially and process-wise. I was surprised to have come up with these solutions and how it was greatly rewarded. My colleagues were very respectful towards me throughtout the project and that boosted me to have confidence and to come up with the results that were helpful.I got asked to participate in a project.
