Another attempt, another fail. I think I have to adjust my stand mixer a bit. I was close this time.

I did it! It took more time than I expected, so I think I was also lacking patience in past failed attempts. But with time and the right equipment (stand mixer) this was easy and was great atop the cake I made last night.
