After much considered reviews and opinions, on my recent visit to NYC I ascended Top of the Rock instead and had an amazing time, going up at dusk and waiting til dark, seeing the city light up from the skies. So pleased I invested my money on that. Who knows, I may go to the top of the Empire State next time, but for now, mission accomplished. (less)
