Taught the same class again last week, this time including one participant who was hard of hearing. I love teaching this class and hope I'll get to again.

At short notice I was asked to teach another session for new joiners on Inclusion and Diversity, and Corporate Citizenship (the same course I taught in October) and it went really well again. This time there were no graduates so the target audience were all experienced hires but I still got them to generate good discussion and when I ran into one of the participants later, she told me my session was her favourite that they've had so far.

I also received written feedback from one of the participants of the October session telling me she enjoyed it and was excited about where she had just started working. (less) (less)

I taught a session for new joiners at my company. It was part of their two day orientation and my session was about Inclusion and Diversity, and Corporate Citizenship at the organisation. They were an enthusiastic group who participated actively, and I had prepared enough beforehand that I could stand in front of the class and walk around without needing to refer to notes. Again not teaching a class, but I made an appearance at a leadership training course as an alumni, having done the program last year. It was nice to talk to people a bit though it didn't feel that smooth, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to say.
