Month 3: July 2-August 2
I haven't meditated much this year at all, but once I decided to get going I stuck with it. It helps a lot that the office I'm currently based in has a zen room that's perfect for meditation.
It's been an 'all over the place' month. Coming back from a very long holiday into an uncertain work landscape, not being sure what was about to happen but often not having much to do. At the same time, working on my relationship with periods that were stressful but it's gotten much better over the month. And a lot of this month I've been going to bed early and getting lots of sleep.

I just broke a 23 day streak!
Month 2: July 30-August 28

Finally I managed to get 30 days in a row again. It got easier with time - I never got into a routine of doing it the same time every day, but I did get used to knowing I had it coming up every day and remembering not to go to bed until I had meditated.

I just had an 11 day streak but accidentally broke it yesterday.
I managed 19 days in a row, then missed one, then got 5 more and missed one again, then one and missed one again. I don't think I get credit yet.

Chinese Garden of Friendship is a good spot for meditation
Month 1: October 11-November 12

This was the first few weeks of the meditation program I did and I managed to keep going without a break for just over a month. Most days that was meditating for 30 minutes, but some days it was only 15. Last year I felt my progress was really straightforward (...more)
One week so far meditating for half an hour every day, and it feels good.
I've started the Fitness for the Mind program, the same one I did late last year which made me feel happier and some good things happened in my life. There's a guided session once a week and homework to meditate for half an hour a day. I've done three days' worth so far.
